The smoking policy shows the company's lack of concern for their non-smoking patrons and especially, their employees who must inhale this smoke every day. The 'non-smoking area' has moved frequently during construction and is a random section connected to the open room full of smoking. Only 21.2% of Indiana adults are smokers, yet, the casino feels the need to cater to this low percentage of the population. The biggest complaint is that, in the year 2023 when we fully understand the negative effects of secondhand smoke, they still allow smoking throughout the casino. I am not sure if they will bring them back if/when they ever finish construction. This means they have removed several of the slot machines that we formerly enjoyed. The casino itself is fine, however, it has been under construction for the past year.
